There are timeless pieces that mark certain holidays that should never go out of style. The sweater is to Christmas what the HAT is to Easter. As a young boy my mom would take me to buy an easter outfit and I remember thinking it was never quite as glamorous as a girls easter outfit since they could wear hats. This years collection does not seem to be the same soft brimmed hat I have so fondly associated with Easter Sunday. Todays hat has more structure to it, leaving more hair showing. It's great! Alot of what I see this spring seems to be fedora inspired. Don't get me wrong, its not some amazing comeback, they were hot last year but the fadora has given designers a fresh direction and they are runnin' with it. I think its cool. Just remember ladies that at some point the hat has to come off so don't use the hat as a replacement for an actual style! Hat hair only works for men and sometimes not even then!
