Exercise Boosts Creativity...........

I have been working out most of my professional career and I have noticed the more I work out, the more creative I am. I started googling about it and it is a fact that exercise will boost your creativity. I play tennis and lift weights 3 times a week (not always this particular combo) to keep me inspired and it works! The breakdown is this: When you work out your Serotonin levels increase (a chemical in your brain associated with mood) and you "feel good". Research shows that when you are happy you are more likely to be creative! So I say keep up the positive loop, continue reading blogs and you might even be inspired to write one yourself. Now get out there and start exercising to keep yourself creative!
